Collection: Damages

Although we check the items we send are in good condition prior to dispatch and pack them well to prevent any damage, it is unfortunately inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.

Should this happen, rest assured we're here to help. Please report any damages within 24 hours of arrival using the form below, making sure to provide images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.

We'll look to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, normally sending out a replacement free of charge. This usually only takes a few days if we have a replacement in stock, however it could potentially take a little longer if we have to order the replacement from one of our suppliers.
