The SuperFish Pond ECO Plus E 20000 Pond Pump provides performance, efficiency and reliability making it an ideal filter pump for koi and fish ponds. Suitable for both submerged and dry mounted installation the SuperFish Pond ECO Plus E Pump range is one of the most economical available. These electronic pumps are perfect for water movement and filtration with an extremely low power consumption thanks to the improved pump motor which offers superb performance, head height and all importantly, low running costs.
The Pond ECO Plus E Pump range is equipped with Run Dry Protection. 10 seconds after being taken away from water, the pump will stop to protect it from running dry, it will try to re-start after 10 seconds, if without water, it will stop again, this cycle will repeat 5 times, then the pump will stop. To re-start the pump remove the plug from the mains and plug back in and ensure pump is working well.
The pump also has a thermal overload safety device. In the event of any overheating of the motor, the thermal overload will engage, automatically switching off the pump. The cooling time is roughly 15 to 20 minutes, after which the pump will automatically re-start. If the thermal overload is tripped, it is essential to identify and deal with the cause of the overheating.
The Pond ECO Plus E Pump range is extremely reliable in operation which is why SuperFish offer a 2-year warranty with 48-hour on-site Pick-up & Replace service. If the pump breaks down, it will be picked up free of charge and replaced by a new unit at the same time.

Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet and as such will arrive as a kerbside delivery only. The drivers in these instances are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property.
Pond Planet will contact you to book in delivery on a suitable working day. Delivery will generally take place between 9am and 5pm. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Pond plants are subject to a £5.00 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for a single delivery charge. This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from Pond Planet. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pond Planet, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging. The buyer must ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage and the purchaser pays all postage costs. We recommend that products are returned by recorded delivery or by a carrier that requires a signature. Pond Planet accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us unless signed proof can be provided.
