The issue is not with Pond Planet but their delivery company of choice, DPD. The first parcel was just left on my doorstep because the driver could not be bothered to wait nor did he put it in the specified place that I went to the trouble of setting up. The second driver (god knows why both parcels could not have been delivered together but at least he let me get to the door?? Both boxes were damaged and taped up with DPD sticky tape?? Eastern Europeans don't care it's just a job that pays more than they get at home plus there is no skill needed.
